Très bien situé, pour ma part nous avons eu une chambre avec salle de bain + toilettes à l’intérieur mais pour les autres chambres ce n’est pas le cas. Tout le nécessaire dans le logement et il est très beau, notamment les pièces communes. Tout était parfait

The location is a beautiful, quiet street close to Calle Ocho where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. My friend and I shared a big room with 2 comfy beds and a large shower.

El barrio muy cómodo para moverte por Miami sin pagar precios desorbitados. Buena relación calidad precio, limpio y cómodo. El anfitrión muy amable, me permitió quedarme ahí el último día ya que mi vuelo salía tarde. Por decir algo, los mosquitos jejeje

The free parking spot was great! The house is walkalbe to many of the popular restaurants and coffee shops on Calle Ocho. Our son soiled the bed the first night we were there, we messaged Sergio and he brought new bedsheets and extra trash bags the next day, which was prompt. The bathroom was a bit small but adequate. It worked for my wife and young son. But I think it would be cramped if you had 3 or 4 older people. The coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge were nice to have. The table and outdoor sink was really nice to have breakfast without waking our son, and hangout after he went to bed. Sergio, it would be great if you provided a reusable freezer pack and cooler for guests to take to the beach. A toaster in the backyard on the counter would be nice too. Also, if you had a beach blanket and maybe an umbrella. for guests to use. Also, some buckets or small beach toys for people with kids. We stayed at a BnB in Hawaii and he gave us most of these things which was super convenient. Not really complaints, just suggestions.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had no complaints. The AC worked great the whole time, which made a real difference in the Miami heat. Cold water was always available, and the backyard area looked really nice too. Having a TV in the room was a welcome touch. The host was easy to reach throughout the stay and always responded quickly, which made everything feel stress free. Location-wise the neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to downtown, and public transport options are everywhere. Walking around felt easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I’m back in Miami. Everything was perfect

The room is good for a couple. It has enough space, the bed it’s very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful. Outside the room was a little dirty but nothing to do with the room. The room was great!

El lugar es como en las fotos. El self check-in fue fácil y la casa es bonita. Cuenta con lo necesario para la estadía. Podrían mejorar los aires acondicionados, son un poco bullicios.

We love how clean it was, the linens were good quality. We also love the privacy and natural beauty of the porch. The bathroom size, but when you are in Miami, you don't spend much time in the bathroom😁. (Shower only)
